DRAWER FITTINGS
Grating-Separators-Partitions
To achieve perfect organization of materials inside the drawers, corrugations, separators, and metal dividers are available.
To set up a drawer for small parts, support corrugations are required to then divide it into compartments (vertical and horizontal) of various sizes. The drawer layout can be modified at any time, according to specific needs, simply by manually repositioning the accessories. MOVIMAT offers recycled plastic containers with an increasingly green approach, providing customers with sustainable solutions even in the smallest details.
It allows you to insert vertical dividers across the entire width of the drawer at 20 mm intervals.
Located between the two longer sides of the drawer, the slotted design allows the horizontal dividers to be positioned.
It is used to mark the boundaries of one or more areas. It is available in various lengths.

DOUBLE BAY
The dual-level loading system significantly increases productivity by reducing downtime. The next tray is presented to the operator just a few seconds after operations on the previous tray are completed.
RFID READER
The RFID reader is used to identify users via badges. Authentication takes place wirelessly and contactlessly by holding the badge near the reader.
BARCODE SCANNER
These are used when the products to be placed in or removed from inventory have complex or hard-to-distinguish codes. Scanning the barcode improves the accuracy of picking and placing.
Barcode scanners can also be used for order management or user login.
PUT TO LIGHT
It allows you to prepare multiple orders simultaneously by setting up as many filling stations as there are orders to be processed. The software assigns a preparation order to each station.
AUTOMATIC DOOR
The automatic closing door is a motorized device that offers the following advantages:
- greater security for stored materials, which are not accessible when the machine is off or unattended
- noise reduction in the operator area
- reduction of external substances that may enter the warehouse
- greater cleanliness of the materials stored inside the warehouse
For certain warehouse configurations (internal double bay or elevated bays), the automatic door is mandatory to ensure operator safety
END OF PICKING BUTTON
The “End Picking” button is an alternative to the Copilot. The “End Picking” button is used to confirm the completion of the picking operation by pressing the corresponding button.
LABEL PRINTER
It allows you to print custom adhesive labels. You can enter information via the command console and print it immediately for material identification.
LASER POINTER
This device is a 2-axis pointer. The material to be picked up is identified by the intersection of a red holographic line positioned on the “X” axis (width) and a green pointer that indicates the position on the “Y” axis (depth).
PIECE COUNTING SCALE
It allows you to count the number of items on the tray based on the unit weight of each individual piece. An essential tool for quickly and accurately picking up or dispensing small items (bolts, screws, or similar items).
LED BAR
The LED bar clearly indicates which section of the drawer is involved in the dispensing/filling operation.
It allows the operator to quickly identify the correct compartment, reducing errors and picking times
PC WORKSTATION BENCH
A compact and functional workstation designed to accommodate a label printer, PC, piece-counting scale, and monitor.
Constructed with an anodized aluminum frame, it features a double-tiered shelf in a gray finish, a PC housing mount, built-in drawers, and adjustable anti-vibration feet. The composite panels and the electrical system—complete with Schuko outlets and built-in switches—make this workstation ideal for operations involving automated vertical storage systems, as well as for technical, logistics, and production environments.
